What Information Does EBH Web Ltd Collect?

Quoting

When requesting Trade Professionals to quote using wedotrades.co.uk, we need certain personal details. These are your first name, surname, email address, and phone number. You will then be given a quote number relating directly to that job.

Providing Feedback

When you fill in our rating form, we will ask you for the same information including the quote number and we will store this information for Company use only.

The Job description and questions 1 - 5 on the feedback form will be posted immediately on the site and an average from this score will be added to the Trade Professional’s ratings.

Your details including name, email address and phone number will only be sent to the Company.

‘Your Comment’ on the feedback form will be sent to the Company and may be used on the website at the discretion of the Company. This comment may be used along with your first name.

Questionnaires

In the future we may ask you to complete voluntary questionnaires. We will process the results of these.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent.

How does EBH Web Ltd use my information?

EBH Web Ltd collects information about you for a number of reasons:

We may use your email address to send newsletters. You can cancel these newsletters at any time by replying to the mail and asking to unsubscribe.

EBH Web Ltd collects information about you for a number of reasons:

We use the information provided by Trade Professionals for marketing and advertising purposes. Contact details are accessible via the website for the purpose of allowing Customers to request quotes.
We may use your email address to send newsletters. You can cancel these newsletters at any time by replying to the mail and asking to unsubscribe.

We do not pass any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, home address) to any third parties. We do pass on information gained from your feedback to retailers in order to help them improve their performance. None of this information will contain anything that could identify you personally.

There are only two possible cases where we would pass on personally identifiable information:

If we are legally required to do so

In both cases, we will only ever pass on the minimum amount of information that we consider necessary to fulfil these obligations.
