DEFINITIONS

‘The Company’ means EBH Web Ltd; The sole owner of wedotrades.co.uk

‘The Participant’ means any customer who has registered to take part in the promotion with a Wedotrades Officer. They must be a single Company or Single Business. There cannot be more than one participant from any business

‘The Wedotrades Officer’ means any employee of EBH Web Ltd

‘The Promotion’ means ‘Get 5 other Traders to register to Wedotrades and receive a £15 gift voucher’

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Get 5 Other Traders to sign up & get a £15 gift voucher FREE

The Promotion is open to all UK residents
Before taking part in the promotion, the customer must call Wedotrades on (0113) 2638305 and register themselves as a participant
On registering as a participant, The Company will give the participant the maximum number of Traders they can register and therefore the maximum number of vouchers they can earn. This quantity is non- negotiable and final and any Traders signed up over this limit by the participant is of the good will of the participant
The participant must then get 5 Individual Traders to sign up to the FREE Wedotrades service. Traders must be legitimate businesses & create a full profile page themselves following the sign up process
When the Trader registers with Wedotrades, they must state the participants name in full in the box labelled ‘How did you hear about Wedoo’
This is the only time the Trader can name the participant, and once the sign up process has taken place if the participant has not been named they will not count towards their 5 Trader sign ups
The fore mentioned registration must be the first time the Trader has registered with the site. If they have registered in the past, albeit under a different Business name or personal name they are disqualified to take part in the promotion
Once the participant has 5 Traders signed up to the site with their names correctly inputted they should call the Wedotrades Office on (0113) 2638305 and notify the Office
The £15 gift voucher will be for the shop of the Wedotrades officers choice and the officers choice is final
The Promotion is subject to availability and only participants who notify and have been accepted to participate in the promotion by a member of the Wedotrades team will have their voucher quota satisfied
The Company (EBH Web Ltd) hold the rights to end the promotion with no notice to the general public who have not requested to participate
The Company will notify the participants with 24 hours prior to the end of the promotion
The Company reserves all rights over the promotion
